JuroCompliant is a non-custodial compliance scanner for the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and DORA. It's built and operated by JeCertis Private Limited, a DPIIT-recognised Indian startup (DIPP267272).
The scanner checks a public website for detectable obligation markers — consent behaviour, privacy policy language, third-party trackers, and other technical signals mapped to specific regulatory provisions — and produces a signed, deterministic report. A scan finds evidence of what's present or missing on the pages it checks. It does not certify, grade, or verdict a company's overall compliance status.
What "non-custodial" means here
Scans run against the URLs you submit. We don't require an account, and we don't ask for infrastructure access to produce a website-layer report. Findings are signed so the artifact itself — not just our word for it — can be independently checked.
What we don't do
- We don't issue compliance certifications or "pass/fail" verdicts.
- We don't claim a scan replaces legal review or a DPO's judgment.
- We don't track visitors to this site with third-party analytics or session-replay tools.
